Send an editorial note

Found a device menu that needs clearer wording? Seen a manufacturer document that should inform a guide? Simios welcomes precise corrections and questions about the educational material on this site.

Quick answer. Email [email protected] for editorial contact. We cannot access, install, replace or troubleshoot an eSIM profile issued by another service.

This form does not send data to or store data on the Simios site. When you press the button, it opens a message addressed to us in your own email application. You choose whether to send it.

No form data is transmitted to or stored by this site. The email opens only on your device.

What Simios cannot do

Simios is an informational publisher, not a carrier, mobile network or eSIM provider. We cannot see an activation code, inspect a purchase, change an account, unlock a phone, reissue a profile, confirm a provider’s coverage or promise a result on a particular network.

For an installation error, contact the service that issued the profile. For a network lock, contact the original network or seller. For a device-model question, the manufacturer’s official support material is the strongest source. These boundaries protect readers from advice that sounds authoritative but cannot solve the actual problem.

Please do not include QR codes, activation codes, account passwords, payment details or full device identifiers in an editorial message. Our privacy policy describes this mailto form and the limited technical services used by the site.

What to include in an editorial correction

A good correction identifies the page, quotes the sentence or heading that needs attention, and points to a stable source such as manufacturer documentation. If a menu label varies by phone language or software version, say which version you saw. That level of detail helps distinguish a real correction from a mismatch between two device variants.

We also welcome suggestions for questions that should be explained more clearly. A short account of the situation is enough: for example, a tablet described as Wi-Fi-only, or a phone that shows an add-SIM choice but is still network-locked. Please leave out private codes and account information.

A note about privacy before you write

Email is a choice you make outside the site. The form only prepares a message in your configured email application; it does not upload a draft or store it on Simios. If a question includes a sensitive account matter, contact the relevant profile issuer or mobile network through its official route instead.

You can read the full explanation of local theme storage, third-party page resources and email handling in the privacy policy. If you simply need a quick practical answer, the FAQ may already cover it.
